Stormbassadors apply during the spring of the previous school year to serve in the upcoming school year.
Students are expected to act as both a leader and role model in the school at all times.
Students must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 at the time of application and maintain this GPA throughout the length of their service. If a student is unable to maintain the minimum grade point average, they must take a leave until they have brought up their grades.
Students must be in good standing behaviorally at the time of application and maintain satisfactory behavior through the length of their service. Depending on the severity of a behavior problem, a member may be placed on disciplinary leave or asked to step down.
Stormbassador responsibilities include planning fundraisers, spirit days, assemblies, service projects, announcements, Masses and other school activities.
Stormbassadors meet weekly on a designated day during their recess and lunch periods.
