Tuition Rates
The pastor and principal establish tuition rates in consultation with the School Advisory Council based on the school's budget requirements.
To receive the Active Parishioner Scholarship Rate:
The family is registered as members of St. Agatha Catholic Church
Child(ren) are baptized Catholic.
Family attends Mass weekly.
Family provides consistent financial support to the parish.

Our aim is to ensure that every family desiring to provide their children with a Catholic education at St. Agatha has access to it. We urge registered families encountering financial challenges to explore tuition assistance opportunities available to alleviate the burden of full tuition costs.
Tuition assistance is available through various sources including the Catholic Schools Endowment Foundation (CSEF), the Weston Foundation, and the Friends of St. Agatha Tuition Assistance Fund. Please make an inquiry at the office (which will be kept confidential) if we can provide further information about tuition assistance.
At the time of registration, parents may intitiate the tuition assistance application process by submitting the necessary information to FACTS through their website. FACTS Grants and Aid Assessment is a third-party organization that determines financial need based on confidential financial information provided directly to this organization. Notification of tution assistance is usually provided by mid-May.
Given available funds from the Archdiocese and the Friends of St. Agatha, as well as the number in need requesting aid, the principal and pastor will make the final determination of tuition grants. All information is kept in the strictest confidence.
Preschool families with a student enrolled in the full-time 3 day or full-time 5-day program and who have a child enrolled in Grades K-8 may apply for financial aid for preschool.
Every family is encouraged to apply for financial assistance.
